Villa Umag Seafront is an all-new property built in 2018. We purchased the property in 2017 after many years of searching for a vacation home in Umag near our extended family. Although we were initially looking for only a small apartment to accommodate our small family of four, fate brought us to our 2-story dream home which we've transformed into a seafront villa. After nearly a year-long renovation project, everything in the house is brand new except for the outside walls which date back to early twentieth century.

• Five rooms, each with its own entrance, bath, TV, desk and chair, safe, cooling/hearing, and other amenities. Most rooms also have balconies. There's a shared kitchenette on second floor where you can make coffee and tea.
• One 2-bedroom apartment with bath, living room, dining room, and full kitchen.
• Free parking on premises. Driveway has been extended in 2019 to span from Ul. Miroslava Krleze to Rovinjska Ul. so you can easily drive in and out of the driveway.
• Old town, beaches, restaurants and cafes, parks, and shopping are all within walking distance.
